As your business continues to grow, it is important to stay on top of the latest services the computer industry has to offer. This includes examination of networks and computers for security issues, streamlining devices to minimize cost, and training to help foster an efficient environment. I am an A+ Certified technician, and have also been CCNA trained, as well as holding over 50+ hardware certifications with Brother, Dell, HP, Toshiba, and Sony.

I have over 20 years experience with building computers, managing small to mid-size business networks, software setup and troubleshooting, and malware removal with document recovery.

Clients are what make up any business. I provide businesses with an extra tool in their arsenal when trying to expand their customer base.

I handle the following types of calls:

  • callbacks for clients wishing to engage with your business

  • Engaging with health insurance and related organizations to help track down payments

  • I do not handle unsolicited sales calls (known as cold calls)

these kinds of calls take time out of a person’s day, so thats where I come in. I handle those calls in the background, so you can deal with the primary issues right in front of you.
